He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Distinguished with vast experience in corporate Practice and Commercial law transactions. He has rendered expertise in various mergers and acquisitions of pre- and post-corporate entities, including mortgage issues. Ephraim specializes in directing the development, operation, and management of corporate compliance programs and projects, including Corporate Restructuring, Certifications, Joint Venture Negotiations, Education law & regulations, and project financing. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Law Association.

Ephraim has made quick and sound legal decisions for a multimillion-dollar company for crucial business and compliance issues and met compliance deadlines in post-incorporation matters for over 500,000 blue-chip companies and is still counting.
