CLEMENT OSUYA

Is a consumer and development law expert and an intellectual property consultant. He has offered several legal services to private and public organizations at various times. He is a member of the International Law Association. He has rendered several legal services to the Federal Government of Nigeria, including the drafting of “legal framework work on software usage and licensing in Nigeria.”. He has settled multimillion-dollar negotiations on consumer rights disputes. He has advised clients on consumer protection and satisfaction. Clement hosted and delivered speeches at several consumer summits and intellectual property conferences in Nigeria and abroad. He obtained a certificate on Intellectual Property Rights, ICT (IDR) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and Certification in Public Administration (CPA) in 2006.
